San Francisco International Arts Festival 2025
April 30th - May 11th
San Francisco will host the 22nd San Francisco International Arts Festival (SFIAF), presenting over 100 events from 50+ artists from the U.S. and beyond. Under the theme "IN DIASPORA: I.D. for the New Majority," the festival explores issues of migration, social justice, and cultural identity, including performances in unconventional venues such as cafes, bars, and art galleries. The program includes theater, dance, music, visual arts, and educational activities, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.

Music Vortex in the Valley: Mill Valley Music Festival 2025

Mill Valley Music Festival 2025 will take place at Scenic Friends Field, just outside of San Francisco. The main headliners are Grammy Award winner Gary Clark, Jr. and the legendary band Nile Rodgers & CHIC. The festival will offer more than a dozen performances on two stages, including local acts such as The Crosby Collective, Monophonics, and Sister Nancy. Unity Festival: San Francisco Gets Ready for a Colorful Carnival
May 24-25th
San Francisco will host the 47th annual San Francisco Carnival, California's largest multicultural festival, attracting more than 400,000 attendees. This year's theme is "AfroMundo: African Diaspora in the Americas," highlighting the contributions of African cultures in music, dance, and art. The festival spans 17 neighborhoods with five music stages, more than 250 exhibitors, and 50 food courts. It will culminate with a grand parade on May 25, featuring more than 3,000 artists from 60 groups representing the cultural heritage of Latin America and the Caribbean.
